Shipping/delivery Policy

Order verification

A verification email, together with an invoice (in case payment is made by direct deposit) is sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after receiving your payment by Paypal or by direct deposit to our nominated bank account.

Processing of your order

It normally takes 2-7 business days for us to process your order in Australia. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Delivery

Once your payment has been confirmed we will post the items to you. We will provide you with details of our standard, or express delivery, based on you request.

Please note that delivery costs are not included in the item’s price and will be added to the price of your order.

Delivery times vary from place to place. More details will be provided to you with our confirmation email.

Return conditions

1. Our return policy does not allow the return or exchange of items purchased if you change your mind. No return or exchange is allowed once payment is made to our account.
2. If you feel that a consumer guarantee as outlined by the Australian Consumer Law has not been met, such as if the product is defective, you may be entitled to a full refund or exchange. However, if you damage the product due to misuse, the guarantee will not apply.
3. Returning a defective product
   a. Email your request to return/exchange to us at: info@ONEMOMENT.com.au
   b. We will respond within 7 days with instructions on where to send the item.
   c. You will need to send back to us a proof of purchase and pack the item in its original packaging, with the label attached to the product.
   d. All cost of shipment shall be paid for by Buyer.
